1, What is your minimum order quantity?
Typically, we sell by the full container, with the minimum order quantity set at a small 20GP container, approximately 3000-5000sqm. However, if we have existing stock of standard models, the minimum can be adjusted to 500sqm. For more detailed and personalized assistance, please reach out to our sales team.

2, What are your payment terms?
Our preferred payment method is T/T, typically requiring a 30% deposit by bank remittance transfer upfront and the remaining 70% against the BL copy. After a year of collaboration and if we ascertain good credit standing, we may offer extended credit terms.

3, What is your delivery timeframe?
For small containers, production time is approximately 7-10 days. For larger containers, such as a 40HC, it takes about 15 days. However, if your order consists of a single-color grass model, production will be expedited. For comprehensive details, please email us directly.

4, Is a sample available?
We are pleased to offer you a complimentary sample package, consisting of 10-15 pieces from our standard range. Should you have specific requirements, kindly contact our sales team. Typically, the sample size is 20x30cm and weighs about 1.5kg.
