1, What is your minimum order quantity?
Typically, we sell by the full container, with a minimum order quantity (MOQ) of one small 20GP container, approximately 3000-5000 sqm. However, if we have stock of certain standard models, the MOQ can be as low as 500 sqm. For further details, please get in touch with our knowledgeable sales team.

2, What are your payment terms?
Our preferred payment method is T/T. Generally, we require a 30% deposit in advance via bank remittance transfer, with the remaining 70% due upon presentation of the BL copy. After establishing a business relationship for one year, and upon verification of good credit, we may extend some credit terms to you.

3, What is your delivery schedule?
For a small container, the production timeline is approximately 7-10 days. For a larger 40HC container, production takes about 15 days. If you order grass models with a single color, production is expedited. For comprehensive details, kindly email our team.

4, Is a sample available?
Yes, we offer complimentary samples. The sample package typically includes 10-15 pieces of our standard models. If you have specific requirements, please reach out to our sales personnel. Standard sample dimensions are 20x30 cm, with a weight of approximately 1.5 kg.
