1, What is your minimum order quantity?
Typically, we facilitate sales by the full container. Our minimum order quantity (MOQ) is one small 20GP container, which encompasses approximately 3000-5000sqm. However, if we have inventory of standard models, the MOQ can be as low as 500sqm. For more detailed information, kindly reach out to our sales representatives.

2, What are your payment terms?
Our payment terms are structured via T/T. Generally, we require a 30% deposit in advance through bank remittance transfer, with the remaining 70% due upon receipt of the bill of lading copy. After a year of successful collaboration and upon verification of good credit, we may extend some credit terms.

3, What is your delivery schedule?
For smaller containers, our production timeline is approximately 7-10 days. For larger 40HC containers, production extends to about 15 days. Orders for grass with a single color may expedite the process. For more specific production timelines, please contact us via email.

4, Is a sample available?
We are pleased to offer complimentary samples, which include 10-15 pieces of our standard models. For custom requests, kindly consult with our sales team. Standard sample dimensions are 20x30cm, with an approximate weight of 1.5kg.
