1. What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Typically, our sales are conducted by full container loads, with a minimum order quantity being one small 20GP container, which accommodates approximately 3000-5000sqm. However, for some standard models that we may have in stock, the MOQ is more flexible at 500sqm. For comprehensive details, please reach out to our dedicated sales team.

2. What are your payment terms?
Our transactions are conducted via T/T payment, with a standard 30% deposit required in advance through bank remittance transfer, and the remaining 70% payable upon receipt of the Bill of Lading copy. After successfully collaborating for a year, and upon verification of your good credit standing, we may extend credit terms for your convenience.

3. What is your delivery schedule?
For smaller containers, our typical production time ranges from 7 to 10 days. In contrast, for larger 40HC containers, the timeframe extends to approximately 15 days. However, if your order consists solely of single-color grass models, production times may be expedited. For more detailed information, kindly email our team.

4. Are samples available for evaluation?
We are pleased to offer complimentary samples for your consideration, comprising about 10-15 pieces of our standard models. Should you have specific requirements, please liaise with our sales representatives. The typical sample size measures 20x30cm with a weight of approximately 1.5kg.
