1. What is your minimum order quantity?
Typically, we offer products by the full container load. The minimum order quantity (MOQ) is a small 20 GP container, approximately 3000-5000 square meters. However, for select normal models in stock, the MOQ can be as low as 500 square meters. For more specific details, please reach out to our sales team.

2. What are your payment terms?
Our standard payment method is via T/T. Generally, we require a 30% deposit in advance through bank remittance transfer, with the remaining 70% payable upon receipt of the BL copy. After a year of successful cooperation and verification of your good credit standing, we may offer extended credit terms.

3. What is your delivery schedule?
For small containers, our production timeframe ranges from 7 to 10 days. For larger 40 HC containers, production takes approximately 15 days. However, if your order includes a grass model with a single color, this timeframe may be reduced. For precise delivery information, please contact us via email.

4. Is a sample available?
We are pleased to offer you a free sample package, typically containing 10-15 pieces of our standard models. Should you have any special requests, do not hesitate to contact our sales personnel. The usual sample size is 20x30 cm, with an approximate weight of 1.5 kg.
