1. What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Typically, we sell by the full container load. Our MOQ is a compact 20GP container, accommodating approximately 3,000 to 5,000 square meters. However, for select standard models available in stock, the MOQ can be reduced to 500 square meters. For more personalized assistance, please reach out to our dedicated sales team.

2. What are your payment terms?
Our standard payment method is via T/T. We generally require a 30% prepayment by bank remittance transfer, with the remaining 70% due upon presentation of the Bill of Lading (BL) copy. After a year of successful cooperation and upon verifying a positive credit history, we may offer extended credit terms.

3. What is your delivery timeframe?
For small container orders, our production timeline is approximately 7-10 days. For larger 40HC containers, expect around 15 days. Orders for grass models in a single color can be processed even faster. For further details, please contact us via email.
