1. What is your minimum order quantity?
Typically, we offer our products by the full container, with a minimum order quantity (MOQ) being a small 20GP container (approximately 3,000-5,000 sqm). However, should we have stock available for standard models, a reduced MOQ of 500 sqm can be accommodated. For more detailed information, please reach out to our dedicated sales team.

2. What are your payment terms?
Our standard payment method is via T/T (Telegraphic Transfer), with a common structure of 30% payment in advance through bank remittance transfer, and the remaining 70% settled against the Bill of Lading copy. After establishing a cooperative relationship for one year and confirming your strong credit standing, we may consider extending credit terms.

3. What are your delivery timelines?
For small container orders, our production timeline is approximately 7-10 days. For larger 40HC containers, the production time extends to about 15 days. Should you require a grass model in a single color, the production process will be expedited. For further specifics, kindly email our team.

4. Is a sample available?
We are pleased to offer complimentary samples, which typically include 10-15 pieces of our standard models. For any special requests, please engage with our sales personnel. The usual sample size is 20x30 cm, with a weight of approximately 1.5 kg.
