1. What is your minimum order quantity?
We typically sell by full container loads. The minimum order quantity (MOQ) is a small 20GP container, which equates to approximately 3,000-5,000 square meters. However, if we have stock of standard models, the MOQ may be as low as 500 sqm. For more detailed information, we encourage you to reach out to our sales team.

2. What are your payment terms?
Our payment structure is via T/T, with a standard procedure of 30% down payment in advance through bank remittance transfer and the remaining 70% upon presentation of the BL copy. After one year of collaboration, and upon confirmation of your good credit history, we may consider extending a credit period.

3. What is your delivery time?
For smaller containers, our production timeline is approximately 7-10 days. For larger containers, such as a 40HC, the production timeframe extends to about 15 days. Should you order a grass model in a single color, production may be expedited. For comprehensive details, please feel free to email us.

4. Are samples available?
Yes, we are pleased to offer you free samples, which include around 10-15 pieces of our standard models. Should you have any specific requests, do not hesitate to contact our sales team. The usual sample size is 20x30 cm, with an approximate weight of 1.5 kg.
