1. What is your minimum order quantity?
Typically, we sell by the full container. The minimum order quantity (MOQ) is one small 20GP container, which is approximately 3000-5000 square meters. However, if we have some standard models in stock, we can accommodate a MOQ of 500 square meters. For more detailed information, please reach out to our sales team.

2. What are your payment terms?
We accept T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) payments, generally requiring a 30% deposit in advance via bank remittance transfer, with the remaining 70% due against the Bill of Lading copy. After a satisfactory business relationship of one year, and upon a positive credit evaluation, we may offer extended credit terms.

3. What is the delivery timeline?
For small containers, our production time is approximately 7-10 days. For larger 40HC containers, the production time is around 15 days. If you order a grass model with only one color, production may be expedited. For comprehensive details, feel free to email us.

4. Is a sample available?
Yes, we offer free samples consisting of about 10-15 pieces of our standard models. For any special requests, please contact our sales team. Typically, the sample size is 20x30cm, with a weight of approximately 1.5kg.
