1. What is your minimum order quantity?
We generally offer our products by the full container load. Our minimum order quantity (MOQ) is typically one small 20GP container, which ranges between 3000-5000 square meters. However, for certain standard models that we have in stock, the MOQ can be as low as 500 square meters. For comprehensive details, kindly reach out to our dedicated sales team.

2. What are your payment terms?
Our payment process is facilitated through T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) payments. Normally, we require a 30% deposit in advance via bank remittance, with the remaining 70% payable upon receipt of the Bill of Lading (BL) copy. After one year of successful collaboration and upon verifying your excellent credit history, we may offer extended credit arrangements.

3. What is your delivery schedule?
For orders of small containers, the production time is approximately 7-10 days. For larger orders requiring a 40HC container, production spans roughly 15 days. However, if your order consists solely of grass models in a single color, the production timeframe can be expedited. For precise scheduling information, please contact us via email.

4. Is a sample available?
Yes, we are pleased to offer complimentary samples, consisting of about 10-15 pieces of our standard models. Should you have any specific requests, we encourage you to reach out to our sales personnel. Typically, the sample size is 20x30cm, with an approximate weight of 1.5kg.
