1. What is your minimum order quantity?
Typically, we sell by the full container load. Our minimum order quantity (MOQ) is one small 20GP container, which includes approximately 3000-5000 sqm of product. However, for those models we have in stock, the MOQ can be as low as 500 sqm. For further details, please don't hesitate to reach out to our sales team.

2. What are your payment terms?
Our standard payment method is T/T (Telegraphic Transfer). We require a 30% payment upfront via bank remittance transfer, with the remaining 70% due upon receipt of the Bill of Lading (BL) copy. After one year of successful collaboration and upon verifying your good credit, we may offer further credit terms.

3. What is your delivery schedule?
For small containers, our production time ranges from 7 to 10 days. For larger 40HC containers, expect a production time of approximately 15 days. If your order consists of grass models in a single color, production will be expedited. For more detailed information, please feel free to email us.

4. Is a sample available?
Absolutely! We are pleased to offer you a complimentary sample package, which includes around 10-15 pieces of our standard models. Should you have specific requests, our sales team is ready to assist. The typical sample size is 20x30 cm, with an approximate weight of 1.5 kg.
