1, What is your minimum order quantity?
Typically, we offer sales by the full container, with a minimum order quantity (MOQ) of one small 20GP container, approximately 3000-5000 sqm. However, should we have stock for standard models, the MOQ can be reduced to 500 sqm. For comprehensive details, please contact our dedicated sales team.

2, What are your payment terms?
We operate with T/T payment terms, usually requiring a 30% payment in advance by bank remittance transfer, with the remaining 70% upon presentation of the BL copy. After a year of successful collaboration, and upon verifying a strong credit history, we may extend a credit period.

3, What is your delivery timeline?
For small container orders, our production timeframe is approximately 7-10 days. For larger 40HC containers, it extends to about 15 days. Note that orders for grass models in a single color will expedite production. For precise timelines, please reach out to us via email.

4, Is a sample available?
We are pleased to offer complimentary samples, consisting of about 10-15 pieces of our standard models. Should you have special requests, please engage with our sales representatives. Our regular sample dimensions are 20x30cm, with an approximate weight of 1.5 kg.
