1. What is your minimum order quantity?
Typically, we cater to orders by full container loads. Our minimum order quantity (MOQ) starts with a small 20ft GP container, accommodating approximately 3,000-5,000 square meters. However, for selected standard models that are in stock, the MOQ can be as low as 500 square meters. For personalized guidance, feel free to connect with our dedicated sales team.

2. What are your payment terms?
Our preferred payment method is T/T. Generally, we require a 30% deposit in advance via bank remittance transfer, with the remaining 70% due upon presentation of the Bill of Lading (BL) copy. After establishing a one-year business relationship and confirming your excellent credit standing, we may offer you extended credit terms.

3. What is your delivery schedule?
For small container orders, our production lead time ranges from 7-10 days. For larger 40HC containers, production typically takes around 15 days. If your order includes grass models in a single color, the production process may be expedited. For further details, we encourage you to email our team.

4. Is a sample available?
Yes, we are pleased to provide a complimentary sample pack, which includes 10-15 pieces of our standard models. Should you have specific requirements, please reach out to our sales team for customization options. Our standard sample measures 20x30cm and weighs approximately 1.5kg.
